Talent Advancement Program (TAP)

Brandeis University’s Talent Advancement Program is a commitment to foster a culture of engagement and to support staff professional development and career growth at Brandeis.

At the core of TAP is a robust, continuous and collaborative performance management process between staff and managers focusing on frequent and ongoing development conversations supported by a mid-year and annual review. This process is automated and streamlined to create a standardized and consistent process for continuous dialogue to support our mission to attract, retain and develop our staff.

Talent Advancement Program 2024-2025

For 2024 only, a formal annual review process will not be administered for staff only. We will resume our regular staff performance review process for fiscal year 2024-2025. A Mid-Year Review will be administered this fall and stay tuned for communication announcing the schedule.

Managers: It is essential for you to foster a culture of ongoing dialogue and feedback with your staff. We encourage you to continue meeting regularly with your staff.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to your manager or the HR team.

Talent Advancement Program Training
