Students will explore best practices for balancing competing priorities across multiple projects in a biotech portfolio. Practical assignments will help students apply project management frameworks to real-world biotech scenarios.
The course further expands on the unique challenges that characterize biotechnology environments, such as stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and navigating scientific uncertainty. Emphasis is placed on integrating program-level strategy with project execution so that students learn to align project outcomes with organizational objectives. Through collaborative work, case studies, and applied exercises, participants will gain the skills to initiate, scope, and deliver projects effectively within dynamic, cross-functional biotech teams.
