Industry Leadership Capstone

A culminating, applied-learning experience where students synthesize their knowledge and leadership skills to address a real-world problem or opportunity in industry leadership. Working individually or in teams, students will engage in a research-driven project that integrates leadership principles, industry best practices, and innovative strategies. The capstone emphasizes hands-on application, requiring students to develop actionable solutions that can be implemented in professional settings.

Prerequisite: Prior completion of two Master's certificates.
