I am writing with a friendly reminder to submit your Faculty Activity Report by March 31, if you have not already done so.
You can access the Faculty Activity Report through the ‘Faculty Data’ tab in your Sage account at sage.brandeis.edu.
If you have any questions, please contact Kristen Stevens (kstevens@brandeis.edu) in the Office of the Provost.
I know that there are many demands on your time but this annual review is your opportunity to share your accomplishments of the past year and to raise issues/concerns in the open ended comments at the end of the review.
