Violations and Fines
All payments for citations and fines are payable to Brandeis University within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of violations. Failure to pay fines within the thirty (30) calendar days' notice will result in additional fee. Nonpayment outstanding tickets will result in the immediate suspension of parking privileges and may result in complaints being issued against the registered owner and operator of the vehicle through the Student Judicial Board, Office of Human Resources or Waltham District Court. Students with outstanding parking fines will have their outstanding balances automatically forwarded to the student account office for collection.
Three or more unpaid violations can result in the vehicle being towed or otherwise immobilized by a mechanical device at the expense of the registered owner.
Navigate to the Brandeis Parking Services Portal. Then click the Visitors/Guests Appeal Ticket icon. You can either look up the citation by the ticket number or the plate and state of the vehicle it was issued to.

To appeal a parking ticket you must submit a parking appeal request online within 10 business days after the receipt of the violation and/or notice. Failure to do so within 10 business days will result in the loss of the opportunity to appeal the citation, in which payment of the fines will be mandatory.
Faculty, Staff, and Students
ALL parking ticket appeal requests should be submitted through the Brandeis Parking Services Portal. Click the blue LOGIN button at the top right. Log in using your Brandeis account credentials (username and password).
Guests & Visitors
ALL parking ticket appeal requests should be submitted through the Brandeis Parking Services Portal. Click the Guests/Visitors Appeal Ticket icon.
