Chapels Waitlist
The waitlist for Chapels parking permits will begin on Monday, September 16th and run through September 25th. To be eligible you must be atleast a 2nd year Grad student and have purchased your Commuter parking permit. Please click on the link to be put on the wait list.

We will run the waitlist for 2 weeks and will email you if you have been awarded the Chapels parking permit.
First Year & Sophomore Parking Lottery for Charles River
Please fill out the form to be entered into the lottery for a Charles River parking permit.
The lottery will expire on October 15th, you will be notified via email if you have been chosen with further instructions on applying for your permit.
Permit price = $300.00
Parking permits are issued to students, staff, faculty and other community members. Permits are issued annually for students and on a 3 year rotation for Faculty/Staff.

Faculty and Staff
All university employees who would like to park their car in a campus lot must register their vehicle. Parking decals are issued in person from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday in the Stoneman Building. Campus parking lots and decals are color-coded; privileges are based on your campus office location.
Students
All students must have a parking decal visible on their vehicles at all times on their vehicles. Students that do not purchase a decal or temporary pass cannot park on campus at any time, including the weekends. Students may apply for a motor vehicle permit at the beginning of the school year. Only resident juniors and seniors may have a vehicle on campus. All commuter students are eligible to apply for a motor vehicle parking permit.
Visitors
All visitors must have a parking pass. As described above, passes can be obtained at the main gate. Guests are encouraged to register in advance to improve the efficiency of issuing parking passes. Please click Visitor Parking Pass.
Permit Regulations
Parking regulations are in effect from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday- Friday, except for university holidays. University holidays are those recognized as staff holidays. If staff is here, even if classes are not in session, parking rules are in effect. Overnight parking from 2-7 a.m. is prohibited in faculty and staff lots.

Notice
If you have a balance due for any outstanding citations, you cannot get a new permit until your balance is paid in full. You may pay any outstanding citations through the Brandeis Parking Services web portal. You can now pay parking tickets online by using a credit card.
