In case of an emergency after normal office hours that affects the health and safety of a Brandeis student studying abroad, please contact the Brandeis University Office of Public Safety at 781-736-3333 and ask to have a study abroad staff member contacted regarding the emergency.

We are open for student appointments during the following times:
- Mon. & Wed.: 9 am - 4pm;
- Tues., Thurs, & Fri.: 11 am - 4pm

We also have Drop-In Hours for 15 minute appointments during the following times:
- Mon. - Fri.: 2 pm - 4 pm
Sign-ups for Drop-In Hours are available at the start of each day in our office (Usdan 169) and will fill up. Please note that if you have not already met with an advisor, you should schedule a regular appointment.
