Academic Services

Academic Services upholds a culture of inclusivity as we engage a diverse community of students, faculty, and campus partners. We promote the growth of students as scholars and citizens through comprehensive advising and support over the course of their academic journey. We provide resources and opportunities that strengthen students’ ability to define and achieve their academic goals, develop resilience, and lead meaningful lives.

Academic Services is comprised of six sub-units:

How to Schedule an Appointment

Students are welcome to schedule an appointment with our staff by making an appointment in-person with the front desk of Academic Services or by calling our office (781-736-3470).

You may also make an appointment online with academic advising or pre-health advising.

Same Day Appointments

Academic Services offers extended same-day (20-minute) advising appointments for students during the semester. To set up a meeting, students should come by Academic Services (2nd floor Usdan) any time after 9am to sign up for an appointment for later on that dayThese appointments tend to fill up quickly; students will have a better selection of appointment times the earlier they arrive.

Pre-Health Advising offers same-day quick questions drop-in appointments Monday through Friday, 1:30-2:30pm while classes are in session. Students can sign up at the front desk for these appointments.

In addition, the Roosevelt Fellows (peer academic advisors) will hold drop-in hours from 11am-3pm, Monday through Friday, throughout the semester.
