Undergraduate Student Feedback Form
The Lead UDR Advisory Board was established to bridge the gap between student concerns, faculty, and administrators. We aim to address areas of improvement in all academic functions in our divisions which include, but are not limited, to course structure, course offerings, communication, teaching assistants, and the UDR program itself.
We welcome your feedback and hope that you will provide honest and detailed feedback so we can best advocate on your behalf. Please submit any suggestions or concerns via the Undergraduate Student Feedback Form. All feedback will remain anonymous unless you indicate otherwise. Responses will not be submitted to UDR Program staff; responses will go directly to the Lead UDRs.
