If your speaker is an alumni, their name will be sent to Development for tracking purposes. All questions and concerns can be directed to Karen (BUS), Leslie (ECON), or Lauren (IBS).
All expenses are reported through Coupa. Log in to your Coupa account and go to the "expense" module to create a new expense report.
Faculty are responsible for recording and reporting their own expenses. Administrative staff can assist faculty with general questions, but do not submit expense reports on their behalf.

Change to expense reports, as of August 2019: Credit card statements are no longer a replacement for missing receipts. Please keep all of your receipts.
**Note to Economics Faculty: If you are using Tomberg or Norman funds, scroll down and choose "A&S Norman or Tomberg Fund". This will automatically set up the approval process.**
2020-2021 International Business School Faculty Resources
IBS is made up of two buildings: Lemberg Academic Center and Sachar International Center. These buildings are also home to the undergraduate Economics Department and the undergraduate Business Program.
In case of a medical emergency, call x63333 to reach the Brandeis Emergency Medical Corps (BEMCo). This service is available only on campus. There is an automated external defibrillator (AED) in the World Court.
