The 30-credit part-time, online master's degree has six required courses and four electives. 

Please note that we are not currently accepting applications for the MS in Technology Management program for the 2020-2021 academic year.


Part-time, fully online, financially accessible

The 30-credit Information Technology Management master's degree has six required courses and four electives. Required courses provide students with a focused education surrounding fundamental topics in the field, while electives build upon specific professional skillsets and allow students to enrich and round out their studies.

Technology Management

Meet our featured faculty

Our Technology Management faculty understand the challenges of modern industry. Whether they’re spearheading genetics research at leading pharmaceuticals or designing biological models, they structure their GPS curriculum to draw on real-world expertise and connections that ultimately help our students advance their career goals. Here is a sampling of our Technology Management faculty:

  • Patricia Steiner brings over 20 years of experience to the business community with specializations in leadership, strategic planning, organization and process improvement, and employee advocacy. She has been a guest speaker for many organizations including the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), The Small Business Administration, The Honolulu Chamber of Commerce, Boston University, The Society for Software Quality, and Cornell University. Among other accomplishments, Patt holds a degree in Music Performance, and has performed with the Boston Pops, the Florida Symphony, the Oakland (CA) Symphony, and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Steiner completed her doctoral work in Leadership at Northeastern University.
  • Raj Heda has over 14 years of work experience in various Information Technology areas with web development, consulting, leadership, and project management skills. He has co-authored a book on Agile Project Management and is currently working on a book on Root Cause Analysis. He has a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and is a certified PMP. 
  • Ann Conway is a Design Strategist at Allstate Innovation, a buiness incubator, where she works to discover new, disruptive opportunities by identifying, designing, and developing concepts for businesses and services that create unique values for users. Ann has expertise in human centered design, service design, rapid prototyping and facilitating the innovation process. She is currently leading a team developing smart services for homeowners based on predictive data modeling and artificial intelligence. In previous roles Ann led innovation and digital strategy initiatives at cultural institutions and startups in Chicago. She has a M.A. in Digital Media Design for Learning, and a B.A. in Children's Media Socialization from NYU.
