Global Health: Science, Medicine, and the Social Determinants of Health

This program will address the intersection of health and social justice. Global Health will challenge you to consider remedies and debate the merits of medical vs. social solutions. You’ll gain first-hand experience and have the opportunity to work with your peers to identify and address public health issues.

Race, Inequality and Social Justice

July 20 - 24, 2020
This program will address a score of issues that have plagued the United States since its founding. Through case study, statistical analysis, and first-person accounts, you will study the systemic racism that has built a legacy of racial injustice, and explore the key areas that challenge America today.

Service Leadership

July 6 - 17, 2020
Earn community service credit while engaging with populations affected by issues such as income inequality, hunger and homelessness, chronic disability, and the refugee and immigration crisis. At the same time, you will explore key concepts in non-profit organizational behavior and structures.
