TA Award for Excellence in Teaching and Mentoring
Each year, faculty and students are invited to nominate their Teaching Fellows (TFs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), and/or Course Assistants (CAs) for an Outstanding TA Award for Excellence in Teaching and Mentoring. These awards recognize and celebrate the exceptional work our undergraduate and graduate instructors do to support our students.
Every semester, 8 Outstanding TA Awards for Excellence in Teaching and Mentoring will be granted, as follows:
- one undergraduate and one graduate TA in the School of Arts, Humanities and Culture;
- one undergraduate and one graduate TA in the School of Business and Economics;
- one undergraduate and one graduate TA in the School of Science, Engineering and Technology; and
- one undergraduate and one graduate TA in the School of Social Sciences and Social Policy.
Both faculty and students are eligible to nominate their TAs for the award.
