General Program Information
Brandeis in The Hague spring 2014 estimated program costs are outlined below. The spring 2015 estimated costs will be available in the spring. Please note that Brandeis University reserves the right to adjust its fees in the event of significant change in exchange rates or other factors beyond its control. During the course of program operations, actual figures may vary. It should not, therefore, be used as a basis for calculation of refunds. Brandeis University reserves the right to adjust costs at any time.
Estimated Spring Semester Program Cost
Estimated Tuition and Academic Costs: $22,728
This amount is equivalent to the spring 2014 semester tuition and required student fees at Brandeis University. The fees for the 2014-2015 academic year will be available soon.
Estimated Housing Costs: $3,400
Final housing costs will be determined by Leiden University towards the end of the fall semester. You will be billed this amount and any changes after the costs have been set by Leiden will be updated in your student account. All rooms are singles and come with basic furnishing and bed linens.
Tuition and off-campus fee includes:
- Academic program
- A range of field trips
- Visa application fees
- Comprehensive International Health Insurance (CISI)
- Emergency medical evacuation insurance coverage, including a 24-hour traveler's assistance help-line
Personal costs not included in program cost:
- Books and other academic materials
- Personal expenses/incidentals
- Health care
- Travel to and from The Netherlands
- Local transportation
- Discretionary travel undertaken before, during, or after the semester
