This summer the Department of Romance Studies is piloting a new format for the Spanish language placement exam. It is the same exam that other students will take, but we hope the format is easier to use. If you are interested in participating in this pilot, please contact Professor Harder at harder@brandeis.edu. Work for us! The Department of Romance Studies is hiring undergraduate student workers for the Fall 2009 semester and beyond. Students will staff the department office, provide general office support and support faculty among other responsibilities. Proficiency with MS Office, general computer knowledge, ability to work collaboratively and individually are required. Languange skills/interest are a plus. The office is open from 9-5, Monday through Friday. Students should want to work 10-20 hours within those. Starting wage is $8.25/hr. Contact roms@brandeis.edu for an application.
