CAB, Latinx, SSB Concert: Sabor Latino

March 3, 8 p.m. (Doors open at 7:30 p.m.)
Levin Ballroom, Usdan Student Center

Brandeis Latinx Student organization, Campus Activities Board, and the Student Support Bureau present: Sabor Latino. The concert is an extension of the 25th anniversary of National Hispanic Heritage Month and the theme of it is: "Breaking Borders." The artist we have chosen represents the Latinx community because of their resilience and persistence in pursuing their goals in America despite their background and opposition in the area that they live in. We want to unite everyone, especially our Latinos on campus, along with other schools in the greater Boston area, to show y'all that BLSO and Brandeis are here to support. This concert is important because we are in an era of constant antagonism where even our own president does not have our backs and it is affecting our Brandeis home. We want to provide a night to empower the Latinx community and greater community to enjoy and learn about our Latin-American culture and experience up and coming artists that are willing to provide us with music as a source of comfort and empowerment.

Music by: CeloDAMF, ESMÉ, Snow tha Product

Cosponsored by Campus Activities Board (CAB),Brandeis Latinx Student organization (BLSO), and the Student Support Bureau (SSB).
