In 2019-20, Lead UDRs suggested it would be useful to provide a central repository for department/program specific information about the goals, initiatives, procedures and accomplishments of UDRs. Easy access to this information would ease the learning curve for new UDRs and assist with continuity of efforts from one year to the next.

In Spring 2020, as a means of providing UDRs with this information, we instituted UDaRchives. The academic administrator of each department/program was asked to set up a shared folder on its preferred platform (Google, Box, etc.) as a repository for department/program specific UDR-related information.

Please contact the academic administrator of your department/program to request access to the UDaRchives. Use the archives as a resource and continue to add materials to the folder throughout the year to build a historical record.
