When deciding your meeting format, we encourage our event stakeholders to continue to consider virtual events, provided this format can deliver on your goals and objectives. Meeting virtually helps our environment by reducing carbon emissions, conserves our university's resources, expands participation reach, increases flexibility and frees up space on a space-constrained campus.
Reservations coordinated through University Events and Student Activities for indoor events must adhere to published capacities of each room. There are no current restrictions associated with events held outdoors.

Spaces will be professionally cleaned and disinfected by Facilities Services before and after each event. Additionally, event hosts and participants will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment during the event.
