Diploma Information
Participants in the Commencement ceremonies on May 18 will receive a ceremonial Diploma Cover suitable for posing for photos and long-term storage of your diploma. Following Commencement, the Registrar will mail diplomas to the diploma address listed in Workday. If no diploma address is listed the diploma will be sent to the primary address in Workday. Please note that diplomas will NOT be mailed to the mailing address in Workday; they are mailed to the diploma address (if available) or primary address only.
Students are encouraged to log into Workday and enter their diploma name when they apply to graduate. You will not be able to change your diploma name in Workday between March 25 and May 31, 2025 in Workday. For any name changes please contact registrar@brandeis.edu.
