Author and HBI Research Associate Judy Bolton-Fasman is carrying out research for a continuing project on Jewish women in the Sephardic Diaspora. One of the primary objectives is to drill down and learn about women's lives in the macro and the micro and their contributions in four eras: The Golden Age of Spain, the 1492 Expulsion of Jews from Spain, the Ottoman Empire post 1492 until the early 20th century and the Sephardic community in mid-century Cuba.
Bolton-Fasman is looking for an intern to assist with both online and library research.
