Profile

Kait Rogers is the Chief Financial and Operations Officer at JCC Greater Boston, where she oversees risk management, finance, human resources, people and culture, technology and analytics, facilities, and security. The organization offers various services across Greater Boston, including high-quality educational, fitness, cultural, and social programs. The JCC connects individuals and families to a vibrant Jewish community.

Prior to joining the JCC in 2018, Kait was the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Citizen Schools. This national non-profit provides hands-on learning and career mentoring in schools, in after-school programs, and at a systems level. Kait joined Citizen Schools in 2008 and oversaw various functions, including finance, human resources, technology, strategic planning, AmeriCorps programming, and risk management. Before joining Citizen Schools, Kait worked in finance, account management, and operations at EF Education, an international company specializing in educational travel and cultural exchange.

Kait is also the former Chair of the Executive Board and now serves as a Board Member Emeritus for Strong Women, Strong Girls, a program dedicated to mentoring and skills-building for young women and girls. She holds an M.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a B.A. in Sociology from Connecticut College.
