Profile
Kimberlee Schumacher joined the Hornstein Program in 2020 as instructor of Managing Jewish NonProfits, a required course in the Hornstein curriculum. She is the VP of Partnerships & Services at Combined Jewish Philanthropies and the President and CEO of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston, with more than twenty years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, fundraising and non-profit leadership. Schumacher has been on the leadership team at JBBBS for three years, having joined JBBBS as the VP of Strategy & Development before becoming the CEO. She is a passionate advocate for mentorship and inclusion for people of all abilities. Prior to her roles at JBBBS, Kimberlee served as the Executive Director of the North Shore Jewish Federation and as a Director of Combined Jewish Philanthropies. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Foundation, in honor of her daughter, Isabel. Schumacher earned her BA from Brandeis University, MA from University of Wisconsin, and MBA from Northeastern University, where she is also an adjunct lecturer at Northeastern University’s Business School.
