Daniel Gordon, administrator for federal procurement policy in the Office of Management and Budget, was named associate dean for government procurement law studies at George Washington University Law School.  He assumed the newly created position on  Jan. 1. As administrator for federal procurement policy, he developed and implemented acquisition policies supporting more than  $500 billion of annual federal spending. Previously, he spent 17 years at the Government Accountability Office in various roles, including deputy general counsel. Congratulations to Jordan Tannenbaum, who received the U.S. Army’s Legion of Merit Award in recognition of his 27-year career in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, U.S. Army Reserve.
