Kelly A. Koch, an associate at the law firm of Bulkley, Richardson and Gelinas in Springfield, Mass., co-authored a white paper that was published in Family Court Review. Titled “Guidelines for Court-Involved Therapy: A Best Practice Approach for Mental Health Professionals,” the paper documents guidelines defined by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts’ (AFCC) Court-Involved Therapists Task Force. Family Court Review is an interdisciplinary journal published by the AFCC.
