Amanda (Bellmar) DiMatteo and husband Mathew welcomed their second daughter, Eleanor, in January. Jamie Fleishman has joined Pathly, which advises entrepreneurs and creative professionals on seeking balance and finding fulfillment. Elana Lev Friedland received a 2021 Somerville (Massachusetts) Arts Council Literature Artist Fellowship. They were also selected for Company One Theatre’s 2021 cohort of Volt Lab Writers. Michelle Miller, creator of the “Mentors on the Mic” podcast, and Arnon Shorr ’05 are the creators and co-hosts of a YouTube series called “Showbiz@Deis.” The March panel focused on TV writers, including Marta Kauffman ’78 (“Friends”), David Grae ’89 (“Madam Secretary”), Matt Witten ’81 (“Law & Order”) and Mark Altman ’88 (“Pandora”). Leigh Nusbaum has moved to Manhattan, where she is a candidate for an MPA in development practice at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs. She’d love to reconnect with classmates who live in the city. Danielle Schivek is associate general counsel at Beanstalk, a global brand extension licensing agency. Marc Schneider ’81 is the firm’s chief financial officer/chief operating officer. Arielle Schwartz, Julie Goodman and Naomi (Cohn) Alshanetsky are enjoying monthly Zoom get-togethers.
