OLYMPIAN SKILL: Peniamina “Ben” Percival ’18 (in blue) represented Samoa, his home country, in judo at this year’s Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Percival, who was coached at the games by his brother, Iosefa ’16, lost his first match to an athlete from the Netherlands, ending his chance for advancing. Percival is the second Brandeis athlete to compete in the Olympics; fencer Tim Morehouse ’00 won a silver medal in 2008 in Beijing. (Photo credit: Yannick Verhoeven / BSR Agency / Getty Images.)
