For Employers: Posting Your Internship
There are 2 ways to go about posting your internship with Brandeis:
- Send a job/internship description and company information to the Hiatt Career Center and our staff will enter the information in our database (JAMIN) OR
- Create and manage your own database account by following the simple directions below. This ensures that the most accurate and up-to-date information is available to our students.
Creating a JAMIN Account
In order to be able to post a position, employers must be registered in our internal database system, JAMIN.
- If you do not have a JAMIN account, please confirm your organization is not already in the system. If a company profile exists with a similar name, link(s) to the company will appear. Click on the link(s) to determine if you are creating a duplicate account.
- If your company profile already exists, simply register as a contact for that company by clicking on its link.
- If a company profile does not exist, assign yourself a username and password as prompted.
Please fill in as much information about your company as possible, in order to assist our Center in serving you better, and to assist our students in researching your organization.
Posting the Position(s) through JAMIN
The process for posting new positions is fairly intuitive - please follow on-screen prompts.

Important note: Because of a high number of international students at Brandeis, it is imperative that you indicate whether you recruit international students or not. This will be one of the questions during the job posting process.
