Example Internship Sites

Check back often, as this site is continually being updated.

Although applicants are encouraged to find placements on their own, below you will find examples of internship sites for the Louis D. Brandeis Legacy Fund for Social Justice Internship Awards.

Applicant's internship sites in social justice should focus on those that address areas of social or economic inequality and/or issues of democracy, health or social welfare.

*Sites with an asterisk have an established Brandeis connection. Occasionally, faculty, staff or alumni build relationships with sites and prefer that these organizations benefit from a strong intern--such as a Brandeisian.  These Brandeis connections have agreed to assist applicants with contact information, placements and credit arrangments.

**Sites with two asterisks are placements provided by Professor Goldin who requests that students who perform these internships enroll in her ENVS 89a Internship Seminar.

These are wonderful opportunties for Applicants to participate in meaningful internships while stengthening the connections between organizations and Brandeis University.

If Applicants want specific contact information for any of these organizations, email Jessica Paquin ASAP at paquin@brandeis.edu.
