Intellectual Property Policy
The university revised the Intellectual Property Policy effective February, 2004. The Current Policy applies to intellectual property disclosed to OTL starting in February, 2004. The Old Policy, effective January 1, 1990, applies to intellectual property disclosed to OTL from January, 1990 until February, 2004.
