Lead UDR Responsibilities
In addition to their UDR responsibilities to their department/program, Lead UDRs are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Meet as a group with UDR Program staff to discuss UDR initiatives/training concerns.
- Help organize UDRs in their division to meet with the Division Head to discuss issues across their division (e.g., instruction in core courses, equity and inclusion, and accessibility issues)
- Collaborate with the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs in representing student concerns to senior administration
- Provide email and in person consultation with UDRs in their division
- Help facilitate joint collaboration and programming among departments and programs
- Contribute to branding and social media presence for UDRs
- Help advertise UDR sponsored events in their division and across campus
- Support UDR training initiatives
