Lean LaunchPad

So you want to build a startup

But where do you start? How do you acquire funding? Who are your first customers? When do you start building your product? What should you price it and how should you sell it?

While most startups fail, we think you can build one that succeeds.

And we’re here to help you.

Proven platform

Let us guide you through a step-by-step process. Even if you’ve never heard the words “business model” before, we’ll help you build a working one.

Using the Lean Startup methodology developed by Steve Blank, the Lean LaunchPad program provides a structured way of understanding what your customers want and what they are willing to pay for. The program will guide your abilities to create solutions to problems - while providing you with a viable revenue stream.

Throughout the 12 module program, you will receive access to the Lean LaunchPad online platform, learn how to use the Business Model Canvas and find out how to incorporate real time customer and market feedback to build appealing products.

Personal support & mentorship

Lean Startup Champions and experienced mentors will support you along the way. During our Knowledge Evenings you will interact with content experts who will help you develop skills to enhance your entrepreneurial competencies.

Building a startup is not about writing a business plan or putting together an execution plan - it’s about finding and validating a working business model. It’s messy, and by no means easy, but there are ways to reduce ambiguity and uncertainty. And we’ll help you with each method as you progress through the program.
