Grad Events List Serve
To help reduce the volume of emails you receive, we have created an opt-in listserv for graduate students who wish to stay informed about events, workshops, lectures, and other opportunities on campus or in the local area, while minimizing emails for those who do not.
Graduate students, staff, and faculty are welcome to post to the listserv if they have events open to graduate students outside their department or division.
To sign up for the listserv, please complete this registration form. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, please contact graduateaffairs@brandeis.edu.
To send an email to the group, enter gradevents-group@brandeis.edu in the address bar and use the event name as the subject line. In the body of the email, please include:
- Date, time, location
- Registration link (if applicable)
- Target audience (if applicable)
- Copy of the flyer or announcement (if applicable)
Grad Free Food List Serv
In an effort to avoid food waste on campus and keep grad students fueled, we have created an opt-in listserv for event planners to post when there is leftover food from an on-campus event that is up for grabs. All food is first come, first served.
To sign up to receive or post emails to the listserv, please complete this registration form. Your name will then be added to a listserv. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, please contact graduateaffairs@brandeis.edu.
To send an email to the listserv, simply enter gradfreefood-group@brandeis.edu into the address bar, with the subject line “Free food in (location).” In the body of the email, please include the following:
- name of the building
- room number
- type of food and estimated servings left
- time by which food needs to be picked up
Please note that you’re enjoying free food at your own risk and we can’t control for food allergies or dietary restrictions. If you’re posting food, we ask that you don’t advertise perishable food that has been sitting out for several hours.
