Project Information
Dr. Lisa Joffe, the Shulamit Reinharz Director of the HBI, is looking for a graduate student to work with her to conceptualize a handbook that covers the state of the field of Judaism, Gender and Sexuality studies. This stage of the project will identify a framework of key issues and debates in the field. The work will entail developing a broad overview of the field of Jewish Women's and Gender studies, and entail research on a wide range of topics, identifying established experts, classic texts and important new voices in the field
