Profile

In her full-time role, Deryn is the Director of Incident Response at ADL (Anti-Defamation League), where she manages the organization's national incident response team. She is responsible for tracking trends and emerging needs around antisemitic incidents the Jewish community faces. In this capacity, she leads ADL's national incident response strategy, ensuring a caring and considerate, systematic, data-driven approach to incident triage, response coordination, and resource allocation.
 
Deryn is a 2018 graduate of the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program (MBA/MA). She has a master's concentration in Israel education from the iCenter for Israel Education in Chicago and is a former resident of Haifa, Israel. Before ADL, over the last decade and beyond, Deryn held a variety of leadership roles at Epstein Hillel School, Wellesley College Hillel, and Birthright Israel: Yael Adventures.
