TC06 - Request for Internal Transfer Credit
For current Brandeis degree-seeking students who either have taken Brandeis courses in a non-degree program and are requesting to transfer credits toward his/her degree, or who have taken courses in a prior Brandeis degree program and wish to transfer credits toward his/her current degree program
RG01 - Request for Exemption or Substitution in a Major/Minor
To notify the registrar's office of an exemption/substitution in the student's undergraduate degree audit
RG02 - Master's/Post-Baccalaureate Audit Checklist Update
To notify the registrar's office of updates to the student's master's degree or post-Baccalaureate certificate audit
RG03 - Ph.D. Degree Audit Checklist Update
To notify the registrar's office of updates to the student's doctoral degree audit.
RG04 - Foreign Language Completion by Exam or Substitution
To notify the registrar's office that a student has met the university's foreign language requirement (in a language that is taught at the university) by way of exam or course substitution.
