Professor Katy Graddy
Senior Associate Dean of the International Business School, and Fred and Rita Richman Distinguished Professor in Economics
Kathryn Graddy specializes in the economics of art and culture. Her recent work has been in the areas of creativity of artists, auction guarantees, the behavioral economics of art auction prices, and the investment returns to violins. Professor Graddy co-teaches an Economics of the Arts course with a Brandeis Art Historian, Industrial Organization, Game Theory, and Microeconomics at the PhD level. She holds the Fred and Rita Richman Chair in Economics.
