Sleep to Win: Sleep, Fitness, and Performance
An interactive, activity-based workshop exploring the impact of sleep on fitness and athletic performance. Participants will assess their own sleep patterns, and learn strategies to improve their sleep and performance. All students interested in sleep and fitness are welcome.
