In September 2022, Brandeis hosted Fresh Check Day, an uplifting mental health promotion and suicide prevention event for colleges.

Supporting Student Health and Wellness

Our job in Health and Wellness Promotion (HAWP) is to support your well-being so you can make the most of your time at Brandeis.

We coordinate campus-wide health and wellness efforts through evidence-based promotion and prevention strategies, such as educational programs and events, health information and resources, and peer education.

Education and Training

HAWP offers a wide variety of health and wellness programming, both in person and virtually. Programs are facilitated by both staff and students. 

Peer Education

Through workshops, training and communications, the Bridge to Wellness Peer Educators strive to enhance the student experience at Brandeis for all.

Internship Opportunities
