Wellness Week

Image of a happy, cartoon bird against an orange background with a sun, and text saying "Rise and Shine"
Wellness Week falls during the first week of March, which can be a particularly dreary month in New England. The "Rise and Shine" theme celebrates light as spring approaches and the days get longer, as well as Daylight Savings Time (which begins at midnight Saturday, March 8). The goal of Wellness Week is to lift spirits and foster connections as we enter the busy month of March.
