Here is what you need to know!

The IT Service Center (Help Desk) is located in the Goldfarb Library Commons (main floor).
- Entering from main door: Walk straight past the Library Information Desk (on the left) and you will find us straight ahead.
- Entering from Usdan-side entrance: Walk straight ahead and you will find us on your right.
- Your Name, Email Address and One form of Valid Photo ID
- Your Brandeis ID or a government issued ID
(Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Permanent Resident Cards, etc.)
- Original copies only, we will not accept photocopies.
- Your Name, Email Address and Two form of Valid Photo ID
- Computer or Phone with a working web camera and the ability to access a Zoom Link
- For security purposes, this verification can not be done over a standard telephone call or email.
- A stable internet connection to support video and proper lighting
- To verify your identity, ITS Help Desk staff must be able to clearly see your face and photo ID
