Reporting Units
Academic Services: Partners with students to build a balanced schedule, access peer resources for group study and advising, guide them with connecting to faculty, and provides access to resources on campus to help students achieve academic success.
Academic Fellowships: Provides students with opportunities to explore their values, engage in self-reflection, and put forward their most compelling applications in campus, national, and international competitions.
The Writing Center: Offers feedback from experienced and supportive graduate-student consultants who will address macro-level writing issues (e.g., structure, scope, organization, style), and micro-level concerns (e.g., punctuation, semantics, syntax, vocabulary).
New Student Orientation & First-Year Experience: Orientation is coordinated by a small group of student leaders who work closely with the Director of Orientation and First Year Experience to create, plan and implement Orientation for new students.
Student Accessibility Support: While appreciating the strengths and needs of all students, Student Accessibility Support seeks to promote the growth of undergraduate and graduate students through individual connections, campus-wide initiatives and collaboration with others in the Brandeis community.
Office of Study Abroad: Assists students in accessing educational experiences that foster their development as global citizens through cultural, academic and linguistic immersion.
Undergraduate Research and Creative Collaborations (URCC): Helps undergraduate students find topics, mentors, and funding for an original research or creative project in close collaboration with leading Brandeis faculty and researchers.
