Harvard Pilgrim provides resources to help its members reach their wellness goals with discounts on nutrition, mind and body, fitness, and other services related to good health.
Nutrition coaching provides Brandeis students, faculty, and staff with a convenient and affordable opportunity to meet their health goals. Brandeis Athletic's nutrition coach is nationally certified through NASM and is prepared to assist Brandeis community members in weight loss (losing fat), weight gain (gaining healthy fat and muscle), body recomposition (losing fat and gaining/preserving muscle), and performance enhancement (improving diet to maximize athletic performance).
Brandeis University has partnered with KnovaSolutions a confidential and voluntary health service provided by an independent team of nurse clinicians, pharmacists, diabetic educators, and medical research librarians.
Faculty, staff, and their adult family members (ages 18 and older) are welcome to meet with licensed pharmacists on campus periodically throughout the year to receive seasonal, scheduled, and recommended vaccinations.
