Annual 5-Week Spring Walking Challenge!
Join forces with your Brandeis colleagues to compete against other Boston-area colleges and universities that are part of the edHealth collaborative. Grand prizes will be awarded to the individual at each school who walks the most steps and to the school with the highest average of steps walked during the contest. In addition, weekly prize drawings will be held at each participating school for high-achieving steppers.
Nutrition coaching provides Brandeis students, faculty, and staff with a convenient and affordable opportunity to meet their health goals. Brandeis Athletic's nutrition coach is nationally certified through NASM and is prepared to assist Brandeis community members in weight loss (losing fat), weight gain (gaining healthy fat and muscle), body recomposition (losing fat and gaining/preserving muscle), and performance enhancement (improving diet to maximize athletic performance).
