Bright Horizons provides back-up child, adult and elder care for dependents of benefits-eligible faculty and staff as well as full-time PhD students.
Back-Up Child Dependent Care provides up to five days per year of back-up child care at subsidized rates. Center-based care is $15 per child per day ($25 per family per day) and in-home care is $6 per hour (minimum of four hours) and you also have the option to secure care from you own personal network (a neighbor, friend, or babysitter) and receive a reimbursement of $100 per day.

LivingWell Programming by Harvard Pilgrim - Free for All
The university is committed to supporting our staff with comprehensive benefits, programs and services. We recognize that there may be times when a staff member experiences a significant and unexpected personal emergency that creates a financial burden or crisis. To assist staff in these cases, the University offers eligible staff an emergency loan program.
The program is designed to provide a loan to the staff member to help cover the costs of the emergencies when they take place.

Join colleagues across your campus and many edHEALTH schools in this four-week challenge. All edHEALTH schools and their employees have access to the Living Well online health and wellness program, powered by WebMD. Whether in the app or online, you have resources available year-round to support being your best self, plus an opportunity to earn points toward a monthly raffle.
Knowledge is power! This challenge aims to help you learn more about your personal health and wellness. All you have to do is log into the Living Well portal and take WebMD’s Wellbeing Assessment. Once completed, you’ll receive a personalized health report that includes tips to help you find your healthy place and path forward.

Ergonomic Assessment
An ergonomic assessment is an assessment of a workstation to ensure correct working postures and workstation set-up. A good ergonomic assessment is done to reduce uncomfortable postures, repetitive tasks, and straining of the body.
