Female Health: Managing Menopause with Better Nutrition

Menopause can come with a lot of changes…including changes in mood, weight, sleep, heart disease risk and bone mineral density. Join Registered Dietitian, Heidi Roth, to learn how a whole -foods diet can make a big impact in helping to reduce menopause symptoms. She will also discuss the role of soy, as well as take a look at the current evidence for botanical and food supplements.
