We are delighted to invite managers to participate in the Spring 2026 Manager’s Book Group, where we will explore Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead—a powerful guide to cultivating courageous, empathetic, and values-driven leadership.

This book group will offer a supportive space for managers to reflect on their own leadership practices, learn from one another, and discuss strategies for building trust, fostering psychological safety, and creating healthier team cultures. Whether you are looking to strengthen communication, lead through uncertainty, or deepen your understanding of vulnerability in leadership, this book provides practical tools and meaningful insights.

Schedule
  • The group will meet once in the Spring semester for 90 minutes each.

  • Sessions will be held via Zoom.

  • We will send out a poll to the registrants for the meeting date.

How to Participate
Please register by January 23, 2026 so books can be ordered. We will supply the books.  Participants will be expected to read the assigned chapters before each session, complete one short pre-work assignment and come to the workshop ready for open, thoughtful conversation.
