As part of the Talent Advancement Program (TAP), mid-year performance reviews will launch in Workday on Monday, November 13, 2023 and must be completed by Friday, December 8, 2023.
TAP Mid-Year Review Training is available for Managers and Staff and will cover new improvements to the program in response to feedback, the Fall 2023 timeline for completing mid-year performance reviews, how to provide and receive continuous feedback and how to make the most of the performance review process.

Additional Annual Performance Review Trainings have been added and Human Resources is offering Annual Merit Compensation Training for managers and salary planners* to convey important information about the upcoming 2023 Staff Salary Increase Program.
*Salary planners are individuals who enter salary increases on behalf of faculty, Deans, or department heads.

As we have been communicating, Brandeis is implementing the Talent Advancement Program (TAP) for staff. TAP is a positive step forward in our commitment to foster a culture of engagement and to support staff professional development and career growth at Brandeis. Performance review staff self-assessments opened in Workday on March 22, 2023 and annual performance reviews are due no later than May 19, 2023.
Training for Managers and Staff is underway. If you have not attended TAP Annual Performance Review Training, please sign up for an upcoming session. Please note that additional trainings were recently added.

As part of Brandeis’ ongoing commitment to enhancing employee engagement and supporting our Talent Advancement Program (TAP), we are delighted to announce the start of our annual performance review process training. Training will cover an overview of the program, performance review cycle, timeline for annual performance reviews, how to conduct the annual review, how to engage in and support a growth mindset work environment and make the most of the performance review process. The deadline for the annual review completion is May 19.

The mid-year review process officially launched for staff and managers to complete their self-evaluation and manager review.
Please check your Workday inbox today to confirm that you have the task. If you do not have a 2022 mid-year review task in your Workday inbox, you are not required to participate in this process.
Training/drop-in sessions and job aids are available to support this process through January 2023. Please visit the Talent Advancement Program (TAP) website for schedules or to download job aids.
