Brandeis COVID-19 Memorial Service April 12, 2021
Dear Brandeis Community,
As we continue to mark a year of the pandemic and its impact on our community, the Center for Spiritual Life is planning to hold space for students, staff and faculty so that we can remember all of those who have died in the past year. Regardless of the cause of death, grief has been disrupted, many families haven't been able to gather, and public funerals haven't been held for many of our loved ones.
A memorial service open to the entire Brandeis community will be held at 11 a.m. April 23 via Zoom. Please register to attend.
Our hope is that this memorial service offers a measure of comfort and consolation and strengthens our sense of community and solidarity. The most meaningful parts of a memorial service are often the memories, photos, and stories submitted by the community.
Please help us honor the memories of those we have lost by submitting remembrances before Monday, April 19 at bit.ly/brandeismemorial.
Sincerely,
Center for Spiritual Life
