Program Highlights

Workday Journeys

We have launched the Workday Registration Journey module to all students in April 2026. A Registration Journey is a curated digital experience that walks students through the how - tos and tips for the upcoming registration process.

We will be launching the various other journeys (graduation, student onboarding, declaring a major/minor, etc.) that will guide students through their academic journey.

Engagement Plans

Engagement plans will revolutionize how students and advisors communicate. It is a way for the university to reach out to students during important milestones, like registration, graduation, billing periods, etc. It's a coordinated sequence of "touchpoints" - like emails, notifications, or tasks that are communicated to students through Workday.

Academic Dashboards for Advisors

We are creating a dashboard on Workday that will give advisors a quick snapshot on their students' academic journey. It will allow for advisors to support students in a more efficient and deliberate way, especially during the busy periods of the semester.

Academic Plans

Ever wonder how to effectively track  your academic progress? Look no further! We are planning to implement academic plans for ALL students at Brandeis. This will help students plan their current and further semesters. It will provide a simple and effective way to manage students' academic progress.
