David Center had a busy June. On June 1, he was hired as managing director at Stellwagen Capital, an asset management company focused on commercial aviation, and on June 17 he married Adele Durham at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, in Wyoming. Matt Friedman, David Tepel and Stephen Medow ’03 served as ushers. Jacob Holzberg-Pill was hired by the Northwest Technical Center in Vermont to establish a new Outdoor Technology program for ninth- and 10th-graders for the 2018-19 school year. He earned master’s degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Yale Graduate School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. Carolyn Karo married Michael Schulman on Oct. 7 in Agoura Hills, California. Carolyn is director of strategic initiatives at the Milken Institute Center for Regional Economics, in Santa Monica. Carolyn and Mike are the proud parents of Boston terrier Rocco and ginger cat Mookie. Sarah (Aminoff) Kelley had a son, Merrick Tamir, on Sept. 19. He is her third child. Sarah Alexandra Pluscarr has launched a business that brings meditation and alternate-healing modalities into corporate offices. Sarah is a former litigation associate at a Midtown Manhattan law firm and consultant to several large U.S. corporate law firms. Keren Rosenbaum-Cooks has expanded her Brooklyn-based psychotherapy practice to include home-based and virtual dementia support and celebration services. She offers mindfulness-based dementia care, self-care planning for care partners, arts-based experiences, therapeutic yoga and Reiki. Rabbi Andy Shugerman is executive director of the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs (FJMC), the grass-roots leadership development arm of the Conservative Movement, which is also the operational home for Men of Reform Judaism (MRJ).
