Genevieve lives in Palo Alto, California, and recently joined Google as a cloud program manager. She enjoys traveling, catching up with fellow Brandeisians who are visiting the Bay Area, and being the proud mom of an adorably cute yet incredibly feisty dachshund/terrier mix, Riley.

Damiana Andonova relocated from Chicago to Scottsdale, Arizona, to join the strategic planning team at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. She is also chief of creative strategy at the Caravel Literary Arts Journal, in Chicago. Jennie Bromberg works at the Abaarso School in Somaliland, a breakaway republic of Somalia. She teaches science courses, serves as the school’s chief operating officer, and coaches girls’ basketball and cross-country. Many students speak no English when they enroll at the school, which includes grades 7-12. Rachel Hirschhaut is pursuing an MPA in public and nonprofit management and policy at NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. After teaching at a charter high school in Gary, Indiana, for two years through Teach for America, Elena Huang received a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Award to work in Taiwan. She completed the Chicago Marathon in October 2016, qualifying for the Boston Marathon. Jessica Puterman married Alberto Moscona at New York City’s Lincoln Square Synagogue on July 9. Daniel Kasdan ’13 served as officiating rabbi. Michelle Sinnreich ’13 was the day-of coordinator. Talia Puterman ’13, Sarah Jaffe Kasdan, Tova Gerber and Jessica Podhorcer were bridesmaids. Sarah Bierman ’14 designed the wedding bentchers (the books containing the after-the-meal prayer).
